Simulation.Faith is committed to accuracy. When errors are found, they are corrected and documented.
Review Process
The AI system reviews all correction requests. It evaluates the evidence, checks the original claim, and determines whether a correction is warranted. If the correction is accepted, the page is updated and the change is documented in the changelog.
Documentation
All corrections are documented in the changelog with: date, page corrected, what changed, why it changed, and who submitted the correction. This ensures transparency and accountability.
